North Country Region PTA is proud to announce that Kelley Gifaldi, '10 from Moriah Central School is the winner of the NYS PTA Award of Excellence at the Senior High level for her visual arts entry.  The Reflections Program is an arts-in-education program sponsored by the National PTA to encourage children of all ages to find expression through the arts of literature, music, film, dance, photography and visual arts.
